Getting out of survival.

I experienced only positive outcomes from the Phoenix program. It is a safe and warm place to open up and share. The community in the program is therapeutical as it helps people relate with others and ease pain. It is supported by the profound information that guided me through my journey, and finally started experiencing getting out of the survival mode. Phoenix is great when you need to learn about trauma and start to heal

I think the best thing with Phoenix is that it is a mixture between understanding trauma by facts, take it in to your body trough practice and also handle the emotions and relations connected to traumatic experience.

I love this course and how it is built. I think it is very valuble to be able to take the time, get used to new habits, practice self-trust and so on. Good to have three months and be able to follow live sessions to keep the inner work going and have some milestones.

I'm finally seeing real growth.

I am beginning to notice the way I react to people has always been trauma related. Anytime someone near me needed space, I always blamed myself and felt as if I must have done something wrong. I would overthink and perseverate until I made myself an anxious mess.

Today I was in the same situation and I felt uncomfortable, but realized they just needed a break and that it had nothing to do with me. This realization was huge and was of course followed by tears. Don’t give up on this process. It does have ups and downs, joyful moments and sad moments, but I feel that this process is so valuable and worth the rollercoaster of emotions.

What can I expect from this program?

Phoenix is an intense, three-month trauma healing program designed to help you heal at your own pace while making steady progress. The program combines a self-paced course, live group sessions, and a supportive private community.

Each course module spans one to two weeks, allowing you time to fully absorb and apply the material. Weekly live group sessions with me will provide deeper insights in the form of various practices, answer your questions, and offer direct support. Plus, you'll have access to our private community, a safe space where you can share, connect, and empower each other on your healing journey.

Who is Phoenix for?

Phoenix is for you if you feel like something is holding you back emotionally, mentally, or physically drained, like the past is still casting a shadow over your present. If you feel stuck in cycles you don’t want to be in, overthink every decision, or struggle with phases of unexplained depression and severe anxiety, this program is for you.

When you join Phoenix, you'll get 90-day access to the program which will help you heal through trauma. Inside the program you'll get:

How long will I have access to the Program?

You'll have access to the program: The Live Sessions and Community for 3 months when the enrollment period opens.

Additionally, you'll have lifetime access to the Phoenix Course, allowing you to continue your practice after the program ends.

How long will it take for me to heal?

Our program is designed with the intention to help you heal through your trauma and give you all support during your 3-month intensive period.

While everyone's journey is unique, we've seen high success rates with our patients who go through the entire course, join the weekly sessions and participate in the community consistently among their trauma healing.

Do I access to all the modules immediately?

Yes. When Phoenix' enrollment goes live, you'll get access to all course content for a lifetime.

How much time do I need to dedicate weekly?

On average, it should require 2-4 hours per week to really absorb the content of the modules and live sessions & benefit from the program.

It is the intention of the program that you go through one or two modules each week. In other words, take it slow and easy, don’t rush through the program.

I understand that you may be a parent, have multiple responsibilities, such as a full-time job, and are wondering if you’ll be able to get the most out of the program while balancing everything on your plate.

And so, I want to ensure you it’s more than realistic for you with this time, though I do I ask that you do the following: Show up fully to at least one of our live sessions a week and participate.

What is required from me?

To get the most out of this course, I ask that you show up fully to each session, take the time to move through each module, and remain open and willing to engage in the practices.

Have a pen and paper ready if needed, listen to your body, and approach the experience with curiosity and presence.

Can I join the program if I'm going through severe trauma or PTSD?

If you are experiencing severe PTSD, anxiety, or panic, it is important to proceed with caution. While our program is designed to be trauma-sensitive and offer grounding techniques, it is essential to recognize your own limits.

Please consult with your healthcare provider or a therapist before engaging in any practices, as they will be able to assess your specific needs and guide you accordingly. Participation in any activity within the program is completely voluntary. There is no obligation to engage in practices that feel overwhelming. If at any point you feel triggered or overwhelmed, please pause, listen to your body, and consider reaching out to a local crisis line or support network for immediate support.

We offer gentle, grounding practices within the course, but always prioritize your safety and well-being. For any further guidance or concerns, please consult a medical professional or mental health expert.

Your safety is our top priority, and we encourage you to move forward only when you feel ready.

Is the content LIVE or Recorded?

The program exists out of both pre-recorded as live content. The course modules are recorded and constantly updated & up to date. The weekly sessions are live and form as the core support to making steady progress in your healing journey.

Can I get additional 1:1 support?

Yes, each month I am opening up a limited amount of one-to-one spots for those who desire extra guidance and personalized support during their healing journey. You can find the option above, or additionally request for 1-on-1 support inside the Phoenix Community.

What happens after I finish the program?

When you complete Phoenix, my hope is that you’ll walk away with a deep sense of confidence and empowerment, knowing you have the tools to navigate life’s challenges and continue your healing journey.
